How to Open VPN with NAS synology behind a freebox

Hi guys. 
 
I have a lot of questions for my scenario. I have some good basic skill in network and usually, i can find a solution myself. 
 
But there, with dd-wrt, open VPN and download station from my nas, i'm really lost since three days. 
 
I tried differents configuration. 
 
- First thing 
 
How should hi configure my e1000 with dd-wrt behind my freebox (home route from my provider) 
This one is in router mode 
 
So should i configure the e1000 in gateway, or router ? i don't really understand, and when i connect the freebox on the wan port on the E1000, i have not internet from PC conncted on LAN port. 
Do i have to use two differents network configuration (like 192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x) ? 
 
 
- Second step 
I can't connect my E1000 in open VPN with mullvad provider (vpn in netherland) but i think this is due to my bad configuration of the fist step. 
So if you help me on the first one, i keep this one for myself  
 
- Third step 
 
Does it's possible, after that to make connection of the download station from the nas to go to the VPN, and other connection directly by my internet provider ?
